Purpose of the role:
The Group Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, support, maintenance and continuous improvement of infrastructure services and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the availability, performance and security of infrastructure services.
- Manage infrastructure incidents, problems and technical escalations.
- Administer Power Platform environments and guardrails, including tenant settings.
Skills required:
- At least 7 years' experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration or infrastructure management.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Experience with identity and access management technologies.
