WHAT WE DO AT REFLECT DIGITAL?
Reflect Digital is the digital marketing agency your customers will thank you for hiring.
Putting our clients’ customers first, we work closely with ambitious global brands and eCommerce businesses looking to elevate their marketing and move towards true customer centricity. We help these companies to unleash their digital performance and grow revenue by leveraging human insights and psychological nudges to optimise strategies.
We believe end-customers do not care what channel they find their solution(s) via. The key for brands is to deliver the right message, at the right time in the right place, having built enough of a relationship and trust with the user to drive action or conversion. This is why a deeper understanding of your customer’s journeys, drivers and motivations is needed if you want to deliver exponential growth.
Since we were founded in 2011, we’ve received many awards and recognitions, including BIMA Agency Of The Year 2024, Campaign's 3rd Best Place to Work in 2025, Employer of the Year, and Best Integrated Campaign (Large) 2024 with Brakes, among others demonstrating both our commitment to our team and delivering truly strategic campaigns for our clients.
About the Role
Are you an ambitious Digital PR professional with a knack for strategy, mentorship, and delivering standout results?
We’re looking for a Senior Digital PR Manager to play a central role in driving client satisfaction, agency growth, and campaign excellence across our Digital PR department. Working alongside our Head of Digital PR and Growth Managers, you’ll lead client retainers, build efficient team processes, and mentor junior team members - all while applying our unique, behavioural science-led approach.
If you thrive on building deep client partnerships, crafting link-worthy campaign strategies, and guiding a passionate team to excel, we’d love to hear from you.

Data-driven optimization: Use audience targeting frameworks, AI insights, and media tracking tools to refine strategies, troubleshoot performance challenges, and maximise ROI.
Reporting & insights: Produce clear monthly reports, performance decks, and actionable insights that demonstrate clear campaign impact against client KPIs.

Digital PR Mastery: Proven experience managing Digital PR strategies, securing high-tier media coverage, and leveraging data for link building.
Client Champion: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of running client accounts, managing budgets, and building strong working relationships.
Mentorship Mindset: A passion for coaching junior team members and fostering a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
Analytical & Creative Thinker: Ability to translate data and behavioural science principles into creative campaign concepts and strategic client roadmaps.
Quality Obsessed: Strong attention to detail, pride in proofreading and QA, and a commitment to delivering best-in-class work.
Problem Solver: Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable collaborating across disciplines (SEO, Paid Media, Design, CX) to achieve common goals.
