We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Executive – Sales & Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our solar energy solutions in line with the company’s vision for sustainable energy.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Marketing & Branding
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content to enhance brand visibility.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads through online and offline channels.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to renewable energy.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
✅ Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Passion for sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
