Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for an OEM Account Manager for ABB’s IEC LV Motors division. EC LV Motors division. The IEC LV Motors division is a global leader in electric motor technology and energy-efficient solutions. As a market leader, we deliver innovative solutions for mission-critical applications across a wide range of industries, including water and wastewater management, agriculture, food and beverage, and industrial manufacturing. Approximately 70% of Finland's electricity is consumed by electric motors, and energy-efficient motors and drive systems play a major role in supporting the transition toward net-zero goals.

As an OEM Account Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy and customer relationships, managing complex partnerships with original equipment manufacturers. You will have the opportunity to strengthen relationships with existing customers while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within your area of responsibility.

Your professional background may be in technical sales, project management, or product engineering.

The location for the position is Helsinki. Work requires willingness to travel in Finland.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with customers
• Building and sustaining customer relationships by delivering high-quality service and demonstrating a clear understanding of customer needs and ABB solutions
• Driving sales of ABB Motors products and solutions

• Providing customer service and technical support to customers
• Developing business opportunities and acquiring new customers

• Guiding customers towards energy-efficient solutions
   

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in industrial applications and solutions
• Technical knowledge of electrical motors is considered an asset

• Fluent Finnish and English language skills

• A customer-focused mindset and strong collaboration skills
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in engineering or economics
• Previous sales experience is considered an advantage
