Description

Our work combines music expertise, data, technology, and operational delivery. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of clients, data, operations, and technology. You'll assess customer needs, coordinate operational delivery, and collaborate with technical teams to turn challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
What you'll do
- Understand and deliver: Learn our services and operational workflows, grasp client needs, and ensure reliable execution.
- Bridge business and technology: Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyze data and solve problems: Investigate datasets, identify inconsistencies, uncover root causes, and turn findings into actionable improvements.
- Improve and automate: Spot repetitive tasks, streamline inefficient workflows, and partner with relevant teams to implement automation.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with clients, Operations, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
