MASTER DATA ANALYST

The Key Purpose of this role is to mainly focus on creation and maintenance of customer and material master data in line with our business requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Master Data

• Onboarding of new trading and non-trading customers.
• Maintaining data for sales/distribution and credit.
• Performing customer risk assessments.
• Managing daily SLA on customer requests.
• Handle new onboarding queries.
• Engaging with customers and BDR’s daily.
• Responsible for the accuracy and consistency of the organisation's data sets.
• Manage document management.

2. Material master Data

• Create and maintain material master data.
• Manage daily SLA on SNOW.
• Handling material master data queries.
• Responsible for the accuracy and consistency of the material master data sets.

• Strong Master Data maintenance understanding.
• Engaging personality and hardworking team player.
• Excellent co-ordinator and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Perform task with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric or equalavant qualification.
• Bachelor Degree would be advantages.
• Strong Microsoft suite computer knowledge, advanced excel skills.
• SAP experience a must.
• Strong FMCG experience in an administration environment.
• Understanding the order to cash cycle.
• Strong Knowledge of legal documentation and business acumen.
