About the Role
A growing real estate management company is looking for a hands-on Field Manager to serve as the Property Manager’s right-hand person across a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout Brooklyn and Queens. It’s a role for someone organized and proactive who’s comfortable walking buildings, identifying issues, and following through to make sure properties are properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit and walk buildings throughout the Brooklyn and Queens portfolio
- Verify building conditions, maintenance work, and overall property upkeep
- Identify violations, maintenance issues, and areas requiring attention
- Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure they are resolved promptly
- Help implement plans to stabilize properties and reduce violation counts
- Report findings and updates directly to the Property Manager
- Coordinate with relevant personnel and vendors to ensure building issues are addressed
- Serve as the Property Manager’s on-the-ground support across the portfolio
Compensation
