Our purpose of creating, connecting, and caring for communities is more than a saying to us – it’s a way of thinking, working, and living because we're locals too, and seek to give back in ways that strengthen and build resilient communities. We do this because we genuinely care, enjoy what we do, and even manage to have some fun along the way! You’ll find us partnering with local and national community groups, like Clontarf Foundation and Black Dog Institute, in addition to indigenous groups and social enterprises, to ensure that our good work positively impacts and brings about sustainable change within our industry.

What’s on offer?

We’re looking for a National Talent Acquisition Advisor – Frontline to join our National Talent Acquisition team, based in Richmond, Melbourne, or Campbelltown or Alexandria, Sydney. Reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead frontline recruitment nationally across our Construction and Infrastructure Services businesses.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a busy national portfolio, work closely with operational leaders and help build sustainable talent pipelines for recurring frontline roles. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your priorities and influence recruitment approaches, while remaining connected to an experienced national team. Travel from time to time will help you understand our operations, form trusted stakeholder relationships and see the impact of your recruitment work firsthand.

What you’ll do?

  • Lead end-to-end frontline recruitment across nationally
  • Partner with leaders to plan recruitment campaigns and respond to changing workforce needs
  • Source candidates through advertising, direct approaches, referrals and talent searches
  • Build pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill frontline roles
  • Guide hiring managers through timely, consistent and practical selection decisions
  • Visit operational teams to build relationships and understand their workforce requirements

How you’ll connect to the role?

You’ll bring proven experience managing high-volume frontline recruitment, with the confidence to take ownership across different locations and disciplines. You’ll be organised, reliable and comfortable working independently, with an ability to balance urgency with a consistent and accurate recruitment process. Your ability to remain composed as priorities change, communicate clearly and build trusted relationships with operational stakeholders will be important.

You’ll also bring experience using proactive sourcing methods and recruitment technology to identify candidates and build pipelines for recurring roles.

This role offers the chance to take genuine ownership of a national frontline recruitment portfolio and see the direct impact of your work on Fulton Hogan’s operations. You’ll build close relationships with leaders across the business, gain firsthand business knowledge through site visits and use a full range of sourcing tools to develop sustainable talent pipelines.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage a busy portfolio while working as part of an experienced national Talent Acquisition team that shares knowledge and supports one another. For someone who enjoys high-volume recruitment, practical problem-solving and building trusted partnerships, this is an opportunity to contribute where recruitment demand is strong and the outcomes matter.

Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL. Respect, Energy and Effort, Attitude and Leadership encapsulate what we stand for at Fulton Hogan and encourage us to foster a diverse and inclusive culture where we listen to, care for, celebrate, and respect everyone.

We are committed to reconciliation and building and nurturing respectful relationships with First Nations peoples. Through our First Nations Engagement Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we aim to promote opportunities, cultural understanding and partnerships that celebrate and acknowledge the contributions of Indigenous communities.

If our values resonate with you, please submit an application for the position. If you’re not sure that you meet 100% of the selection criteria, that’s okay, we would still like to hear from you and potentially discuss how your skills could be utilised at Fulton Hogan.

For over 90 years, Fulton Hogan has been delivering high-quality infrastructure to improve the lives of people every day. Our 10,000+ team works in every kind of weather and environment, creating, connecting, and caring for communities across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
