Engineer Senior, Network

Lead Cloud Architecture Design: Architect complex, enterprise-scale cloud solutions that align with business goals and technical strategy. Define cloud adoption frameworks, reference architectures, and best practices.

Strategic Cloud Planning: Drive cloud transformation initiatives, including migration planning, modernization, and multi-cloud strategies. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption paths.

Governance and Compliance Oversight: Establish and enforce cloud governance policies, including cost management, security, and operational standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Mentorship and Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers. Lead code reviews, design sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Advanced Automation and DevOps Integration: Design and implement advanced CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices across teams.

Performance and Cost Optimization: Analyze and optimize cloud workloads for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Implement monitoring and observability strategies using advanced tooling.

Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis: Lead resolution of critical incidents and conduct post-mortems to prevent recurrence. Develop and refine incident response protocols.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and security teams to align cloud solutions with organizational objectives. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Level Description
