What you pay up front: $0.
Credit check: none.
Balloon payment at the end: none.
Time to ownership: 36 to 42 months, depending on performance.
Maintenance escrow: none.
The work
OTR dry van, no-touch freight. Drivers run 3,000 to 3,500 miles a week, and settlements are paid weekly.
The money
Estimated weekly take-home: $2,700 to $3,200, after all expenses. Ask your recruiter to show you real settlements from drivers already in the program. That's the best way to see the numbers for yourself.
This is for you if
- You have at least 2 years of verifiable CDL-A experience
- You're 23 or older with a valid Class A CDL
- Your driving record is safe and your Clearinghouse record has never had a violation
- You are not in a SAP program
- You can pass a urine drug test
- You want long OTR runs and the miles that come with them
