Case study courses are offered over a one-week period in the Fall, Winter and/or Summer terms. These courses are designed to bridge theory with practice by introducing students to the various elements of the policy process that can only be understood by practitioners who were involved in the policy's department.
Practitioners interested in teaching a policy case study must include with their application a proposal for a case study that centers on a specific policy issue in which they are or were closely involved. The practitioner's area of specialization should be as close as possible to that of the course being offered.
