Job Summary:
Provides executive leadership and strategic oversight of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) project delivery across multiple projects. Leads and develops MEP project management teams to achieve DPR Construction’s operational, financial, and cultural goals. Shapes MEP strategy, drives technical excellence, and ensures alignment with company standards and client expectations. Provides executive oversight of MEP supply chain strategy, procurement planning, distribution logistics, and major equipment coordination to support schedule certainty, cost control, and risk mitigation. Represents DPR Construction as a subject matter expert in MEP systems and integrated project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees strategic planning, staffing, and execution of all MEP scopes across multiple projects or business units.
Leads and mentors MEP project managers, senior managers, and technical specialists to foster high performance and professional growth.
Partners with executive leadership to define and implement MEP best practices, operational standards, and long-term business goals.
Reviews project performance data to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
Engages with clients, design partners, and trade partners to resolve complex technical, supply chain, coordination and contractual issues.
Oversees development and deployment of new technologies and methodologies to enhance MEP delivery efficiency.
Serves as DPR Construction’s MEP representative in industry and client forums to strengthen partnerships and thought leadership.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
15 years of experience in MEP systems within construction projects or a related field required.
5 or more years of experience in a senior leadership capacity managing multiple projects or teams required.
