Internship: Global Vitality – Introduction of Health Saving Ritual

Are you a motivated student with a passion for health, well-being, and organizational development? Join the Global Vitality team at dsm-firmenich for an internship where you will help bring our Global Vitality Strategy to life through the introduction of Health Saving Rituals and support on the management of current vitality initiatives This is your opportunity to contribute to global health initiatives, drive employee engagement, and gain hands-on experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation within an international organization.

What You’ll Do

During your internship, you will support the development and launch of Health Saving Rituals as part of the Global Vitality Strategy. You will contribute to the creation of toolkits, resources, and communication materials that enable successful implementation across the organization. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, support engagement activities, gather feedback, and help drive adoption of health and well-being initiatives across diverse populations and regions.

\- Supported the successful introduction of Health Saving Rituals as part of the Global Vitality Strategy and Framework at dsm-firmenich.

\- Developed practical toolkits to support implementation, communication, and long-term adoption.

\- Supported on the management of the current vitality initiatives to drive engagement across our global organization.

What You Bring

\- Field of Study: Public Health, Health Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Social Sciences, Occupational Health, or a related field.

  • Experience: Interest in health, well-being, organizational change, or employee engagement. Project coordination experience is preferred but not required. Basic understanding of workplace health topics is a plus.

\- Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to work effectively in diverse and cross-functional teams. Flexibility, curiosity, and a strong interest in health and well-being.

Eligibility criteria and conditions:

  • Language requirements: Fluent in English.
  • Final Selection Day: 01.12.2026 in dsm-firmenich office in Maastricht.
  • Start of the internship: 01.02.2027
  • Duration: 4 -5 months.
  • Studies: currently enrolled at Maastricht University or Zuyd applied science university (hogeschool). Your university will cosign the internship agreement.
  • Location: dsm-firmenich Maastricht office.
  • Compensation: Internship salary is €550 per month.
