Operating Model & Workflow Enhancements
- Lead initiatives to modernize and simplify the global FX operating model across execution, order management, booking, and post-trade settlement systems.
- Partner with Technology and Operations to eliminate manual friction, improve pricing tier competitiveness, and enhance execution workflows.
- Collaborate with Institutional Markets to optimize pricing access, product coverage, and cross-franchise revenue capture
Regulatory, Compliance & Reporting
- Own the product governance framework for FX products across global jurisdictions, ensuring full adherence to best execution, suitability, and regulatory standards.
- Lead the development and maintenance of regulatory trade reporting, client trade confirmations, and client performance statements.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to conduct new product approvals and ensure all platform capabilities meet regulatory requirements.
Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership
- Build, lead, and develop the global FX product management team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and client focus.
- Partner closely with Front-Office FX Advisors, Relationship Managers, and Sales teams to deliver market-leading FX solutions and training.
- Serve as the senior product authority in executive governance committees and regulatory forums.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Foreign Exchange (FX) markets, electronic trading, or financial product management within a financial institution, private bank, or wealth management platform.
- In-depth understanding of FX market structure and instruments across Spot, Forwards, NDFs, Swaps, OTC Options, and Structured FX products.
- Demonstrated experience with derivative product workflows, real-time collateral monitoring, and margin trading systems.
- Proven track record of delivering digital trading applications, platform integrations, or order management system enhancements.
- Strong familiarity with global regulatory frameworks, best execution standards, and trade reporting requirements.
