We are posting for a 1st Shift role: 7am-3pm

  • Cover Team Lead Vacations
  • PM's on Equipment

General Functions:

My purpose is to train and supervise the Support Team Member's who directly SUPPORT the Coach by efficiently and accurately changing over our production equipment from job to job. This supports the Coach in our effort to create good parts on time for our customers so they will continually grow trust and confidence in me and my organization. I do this because I know our reputation is our most valuable asset. This creates more opportunity for both myself and Stone Plastics and therefore our success is based on how well I perform my primary functions.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience

  • Plastic Injection Molding
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical manufacturing strongly desired.
  • Leadership/Management Experience

Physical Demands

Repetitive work and frequent lifting of heavy loads.

Work Environment

100% Shop Floor Area.
