International Project Manager Intern - Mandatory Internship (Jan/Feb 2027)

## Tasks

• Support the coordination and execution of **international consulting and business development projects.**
• Assist in **project planning and organization**, including meeting preparation, documentation, and task tracking.
• Support the management in **planning and participating in** **international business meetings.**
• Conduct **market, product, and competitor analysis**  for our clients in the healthcare industry.
• Contribute to **marketing initiatives**, such as content creation for the company website, social media management, and conducting website performance analysis.

## Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master's degree with a mandatory internship (**min. 20 weeks**).
• Strong interest in Consulting, Business Development, International Project Coordination, Marketing, as well as Pharma Industry.
• International study/work experience, intercultural competence and language skills: proficiency in **English** is mandatory (**equivalent to C1**), knowledge of German, Spanish and other languages is an advantage.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to work with real project responsibilities and deadlines.
• Readiness to work independently and proactively.
• **Your personality** is more important than your professional experience.
