Central Valley Class A drivers: western regional freight, home every two weeks, and a paid start for new drivers.
Out of CDL school and looking for a company that trains you? You run the 11 western states, mostly two-day runs that keep you near home. Paid mentor training comes first, then full solo pay.
What you'll earn
- $1,000 to $1,300 a week, about $52,000 to $67,600 a year
- Line-haul mileage pay scale
- 1,700 to 2,100 miles a week
- Paid weekly, direct deposit
Your week
OTR lanes across the western states, a mix of drop-and-hook and live freight. Home every two weeks. Loads are planned for you, day and night dispatch.
New grad path
- 120 CDL-school hours qualifies you
- Paid one-on-one mentor training before solo
- Full solo mileage pay when you finish
Your truck
Assigned late-model automatic or 10-speed, about 1.5 years old, 24/7 dispatch.

What you need
- Class A CDL in your home state, 21 or older
- New grad (120+ hours) or verifiable experience
- Acceptable driving record, no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
- No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
- DOT physical and hair and urine screen
