Procurement Operations

• Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare pricing.
• Support RFQ/RFP and tender activities.
• Coordinate procurement transactions and follow company procedures.

Supplier Management

• Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations.
• Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and documentation.

Contract & Compliance Support

• Maintain procurement documentation and contract records.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Support procurement audits and compliance reviews.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis.
• Update procurement trackers and KPI dashboards.
• Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems.

Required Skills

• Procurement and purchasing knowledge

• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency
• Jaggaer/SAP procurement systems knowledge
