We are currently looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in São Paulo.

Drive competitive business results through supplier negotiations, sourcing execution, cost management and team leadership, ensuring alignment with purchasing strategies and business objectives.

A Day in the Life:     

• Deliver competitive commercial results through effective sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing purchasing team, ensuring clear ownership, strong engagement and consistent results.
• Ensure supplier competitiveness, performance and business continuity throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and drive effective decision-making.
• Identify and execute cost reduction, productivity and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, supplier dynamics and industry developments to support sourcing and negotiation strategies. Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term competitiveness goals. 

Who We’re Looking for:  

Required: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.

• Fluenci English.
• Experience in leadership, project management or cross-functional roles.

Desired: 

• Master Degree. 

Reporting line: 

Reports to: Purchasing Senior Manager

Supervisory capacity: Leads a tem of 4 buyers.
