Are you a fluent Spanish speaker living in Lisbon looking for a stable schedule with no weekend work? We are looking for customer-oriented professionals to join our dynamic team in central Lisbon. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers on behalf of a leading global fashion brand, providing high-quality support and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a 100% on-site role based at our office in Lisbon.

What You Will Do

• Customer Assistance: Handle incoming inquiries from Spanish-speaking consumers across phone lines, chat channels, and email with empathy and professionalism.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve client issues related to orders, item details, payment troubleshooting, logistics, item swaps, and refunds effectively.
• Service Standards: Provide tailored and attentive customer care that meets target guidelines and operational metrics.
• Data Management: Precise recording of all customer conversations, case statuses, and essential details into our core CRM system.
• Teamwork: Work closely with team leads and peers to enhance daily service delivery and foster a supportive team culture.

Candidate Profile & Key Requirements

• Language Proficiency: C1/C2 mastery in Spanish (spoken and written, native or near-native level). Proficiency in English is considered a valuable asset.
• Mandatory Legal Documentation: Candidates must reside in Portugal currently and hold all three required legal records:
  • Current Portuguese Residence Card / Work Authorization (Cartão de Residência)
  • Portuguese Tax Number (NIF)
  • Portuguese Social Security Number (NISS)
• Communication Skills: Outstanding conversational skills, attentive listening habits, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Tech Literacy: Comfortable utilizing regular office computer software and quick to grasp proprietary CRM tools.
• Reliability: Highly punctual, structured, and committed to excellent work performance and daily attendance.

Work Location

• On-Site Address: Av. José Malhoa, n.º 21, Lisbon, Portugal
• (Simple access using city bus services, subway systems, and commuter rail)

Contract Options, Schedules & Compensation (Paid over 14 Months)

In alignment with Portuguese employment standards, overall remuneration is issued in 14 payments per year (comprising 12 monthly payments plus holiday and Christmas allowances). You can choose from three shift arrangements:

1. Full-Time (40 Hours / Week)
   • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Includes a 1-hour lunch break)
   • Base Salary: €950 per month over 14 months (Base Yearly Earnings: €13,300)
   • Monthly Performance Bonus: Performance incentives up to €150 monthly
2. Part-Time (20 Hours / Week)
   • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 13:00
   • Base Salary: €475 per month over 14 months (Base Yearly Earnings: €6,650)
   • Incentives: Eligible for account performance bonuses
3. Part-Time (30 Hours / Week)
   • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 16:00 (Includes a 1-hour lunch break)
   • Base Salary: €712.50 to €760 per month over 14 months (Base Yearly Earnings: €9,975 to €10,640)
   • Incentives: Eligible for account performance bonuses
