Veterinary Receptionist Client Services Representative

Location: Stamford, CT | Full-Time
Pay Range: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Spot On Veterinary is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Stamford, on the border of Old Greenwich and Stamford.

Our 16,000-square-foot veterinary hospital offers a range of services, and our front desk plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for clients and their pets.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients in person and communicate with clients by phone, text, and email

• Schedule appointments and coordinate front desk workflow

• Communicate client questions and concerns to the veterinary team

• Manage check-in, checkout, and billing accurately

• Support client communications and administrative tasks

• Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area

• Help ensure a smooth, professional client experience

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
