About the role:

  • Create, maintain and manage accurate document revision histories and supporting documentation to ensure traceability and support risk management activities.
  • Develop and execute documentation project plans, manage timelines and coordinate deliverables to support timely completion of documentation activities.
  • Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy and consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify technical information, resolve documentation questions and support successful project outcomes.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical communication, English, biomedical engineering, life sciences or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical writing within a regulated, medical or manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience using content management systems and quality management systems.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and medical information for intended audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated commitment to documentation accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, build productive relationships with subject matter experts and communicate technical information clearly.

Preferred qualifications:
