Responsibilities
Coordinates the Life Safety systems testing, inspections, scheduling, repairs, and recordkeeping for multiple hospitals and medical office buildings to include life safety systems reconciliation of devices, equipment, and appliances.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:1. Baccalaureate Degree with 3 years experience or High School Diploma with 5 years experience 2. Ability to work independently without immediate supervision. 3. Familiarity with the NFPA 101, Life Safety Code and NFPA Codes 25, 72, 13, 96, and 2001 PREFERRED:1. Fire Inspector I 2. ASP/CSP or working towards 3. NICET Level I or II
