Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, SecOps, and product teams to ensure platform reliability, quality, and performance.
Perform system-level debugging, log analysis, and root cause investigation for complex issues.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and provide input on testability and quality improvements.
Ensure test cases and results are well-documented, traceable, and integrated into CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid understanding of system-level debugging, log analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of relational databases and ability to integrate SQL queries into test automation.
- Familiarity with distributed databases such as Cassandra, Kafka, or Redis is a plus.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, GIT, Zephyr.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
