110% People is looking for caring, capable SEND Teachers and Teaching Assistants for flexible supply opportunities across Cheshire.

Whether you’re looking for occasional days, a few days each week or a longer-term placement, we’ll talk with you about your experience, availability and the kind of setting that suits you. You can choose the assignments that work for you, with support from a friendly team who take the time to get to know you.

The work

Depending on your role and experience, assignments may include:

• Supporting pupils with SEND in mainstream or specialist settings

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support

• Helping pupils access learning and take part in the school day

• Supporting communication, emotional regulation and positive behaviour

• Working alongside teachers, teaching assistants and the wider school team

• For teachers: delivering lessons and adapting learning to meet pupils’ needs

We’re interested in hearing from people with experience supporting pupils with a range of needs, which may include autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication needs, learning difficulties or more complex needs. You don’t need experience in every area.

We’d love to hear from you if you’re:

• A qualified teacher with QTS or QTLS, or an experienced Teaching Assistant

• Caring, patient and confident building positive relationships with pupils

• Reliable, adaptable and professional

• Interested in flexible supply work across Cheshire

• Experienced in SEND, or keen to bring your relevant school experience to a SEND setting
