This position reports to:
Service Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the AUMA Business Unit in Colombia. Main stakeholders are field customers, technical support teams, and regional management.
You will be mainly accountable for:
· Performing entry level field service tasks on instrumentation and analytics products, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity
· Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for instrumentation and analytics systems
· Executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensuring the job is done on time and to quality standards
· Preparing all documents and customer reports related to instrumentation and analytics installations to be signed by the customer representative

Qualifications for the role
· Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
· Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or instrumentation
· Proficient in English (spoken and written)
· Availability to travel within Colombia
· Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills
