Job Description

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all pharmacy operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards set by the Health Department and BPOM (Badan POM). - Supervision of Operations: Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, ensuring quality control at every stage. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records related to the entry, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Product Supervision: Monitor the safe handling and distribution of regulated products, ensuring they are stored and managed properly according to safety guidelines. - Reporting: Prepare reports for relevant authorities, including the Health Department and BPOM, as required by law, regarding controlled substances and other pharmaceutical products. - Team Supervision: Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy staff, ensuring that tasks are performed according to established procedures and regulations. - Quality Control: Ensure that pharmaceutical products meet the required safety and quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues related to product safety. - Inventory Management: Manage and control stock levels, ensuring that products are available and handled according to their respective storage requirements. - Customer Support: Ensure proper counseling and advice are provided to customers and patients regarding the use of medications. - Training and Development: Train and educate pharmacy staff about changes in regulations and the proper handling of pharmaceutical products. - Kepatuhan Regulasi: Memastikan bahwa semua operasi apotek mematuhi undang-undang, peraturan, dan standar yang berlaku dari Dinas Kesehatan dan BPOM. - Pengawasan Operasional: Mengawasi pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi produk farmasi, memastikan kontrol kualitas di setiap tahap. - Pencatatan: Memelihara catatan yang akurat terkait masuk, penyimpanan, dan distribusi produk farmasi, memastikan keterlacakan dan kepatuhan terhadap persyaratan regulasi. - Pengawasan Produk: Memantau penanganan dan distribusi produk yang diatur, memastikan bahwa produk tersebut disimpan dan dikelola dengan benar sesuai pedoman keselamatan. - Pelaporan: Menyusun laporan untuk otoritas terkait, termasuk Dinas Kesehatan dan BPOM, sebagaimana diwajibkan oleh hukum, terkait dengan obat-obatan terkendali dan produk farmasi lainnya. - Pengawasan Tim: Mengawasi dan memberikan arahan kepada staf apotek, memastikan bahwa tugas dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur dan peraturan yang berlaku. - Kontrol Kualitas: Memastikan bahwa produk farmasi memenuhi standar keselamatan dan kualitas yang diperlukan, serta mengidentifikasi dan menangani masalah terkait keselamatan produk. - Manajemen Inventaris: Mengelola dan mengontrol tingkat stok, memastikan ketersediaan produk serta penanganan yang sesuai dengan persyaratan penyimpanan masing-masing. - Pelatihan dan Pengembangan: Melatih dan mendidik staf apotek tentang perubahan regulasi dan penanganan produk farmasi yang benar.
