- Develop practical expertise in vessel operations, yard operations, vessel planning, and container dispatching.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor crane and vessel performance and provide operational updates on vessel progress.
- Support vessel turnaround activities to help minimize operational delays.
- Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of vessel and cargo information.
- Coordinate and manage vessel-related documentation and real-time operational updates.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for operational records.
- Follow terminal safety rules, operating procedures, and work instructions at all times.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or incidents while supporting safe lifting practices and load-limit compliance.
What We Are Looking For
- Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Good knowledge of shipping, terminal, and port operations, including maritime documentation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and terminal operating systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Pidgin English.
