Officer, Cash and Trade Process Analyst, Liquidity Management Services

As a Cash and Trade Process Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening how Citi's Liquidity Management Services team supports cash, liquidity, and deposit management for corporate clients. This role sits within the Treasury and Trade Solutions business and focuses on identifying process improvements, researching emerging technology capabilities, and partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver more efficient, reliable operations. You will contribute directly to reducing manual effort, improving service quality, and shaping how the team adopts new tools and ways of working.

 

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend technology capabilities that reduce manual processing and lower the volume of client inquiries.
• Research current trends in treasury operations and cash and liquidity management to propose practical improvements.
• Partner with vendors, technology teams, and client operations groups to test and refine new process solutions.
• Implement improvements that increase operating efficiency and strengthen the overall client experience.
• Support adoption of new tools and processes across the Liquidity Management Services team.
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear specifications throughout each project.
• Evaluate risk in day-to-day decisions and escalate control issues promptly and transparently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the region, including colleagues who do not speak Chinese, to align on priorities and solutions.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in bank operations.
• Background in cash management, liquidity management, or deposit management for corporate clients.
• Practical knowledge of system development lifecycle processes.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for working with internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
• Ability to work effectively with non-Chinese speaking colleagues across the region.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

 

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to treasury and banking operations.

必備資格與技能

• 擁有3至5年銀行營運經驗。
• 具備企業客戶現金管理、流動性管理或存款管理相關背景。
• 熟悉系統開發生命週期流程的實際運作。
• 具備清晰的口頭及書面溝通能力，能與內部相關人員有效協作。
• 具備良好的分析能力，並能清楚地呈現分析結果。
• 能夠與區內非華語同事有效合作。
• 持有學士學位或具備同等實務經驗。
