The Sales Professional is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury client experience while driving individual sales performance and contributing to overall store success. This role focuses on building meaningful client relationships, executing a consultative selling approach, and consistently achieving revenue, Gross Profit (GP$), and KPI targets.
The Sales Professional translates company strategy into client-facing execution by delivering personalized, story-driven experiences that build trust, emotional connection, and long-term loyalty.
In partnership with the Store Manager, General Manager, and Operations team, this role supports seamless sales execution, client engagement, and operational alignment across the store.

Sales Performance & Execution

• Consistently achieve individual sales goals across revenue, GP$, and KPI metrics
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through active engagement, discovery, and personalized service
• Execute a consultative selling approach that builds trust and drives conversion
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively communicate value to clients
• Maintain accountability for personal performance, productivity, and follow-through

Client Experience & Relationship Building

• Create meaningful client connections through personalized, story-driven interactions
• Ensure every client interaction is intentional, engaging, and aligned with luxury service standards
• Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Deliver memorable experiences through storytelling, product presentation, and attention to detail
• Support service recovery and problem resolution to maintain client trust and satisfaction

Clienteling & CRM Discipline

• Utilize CRM tools consistently to build and maintain client relationships
• Execute:
  • Personalized follow-up based on prior interactions
  • Appointment setting and proactive outreach
  • Milestone-based engagement (events, anniversaries, life moments)
• Maintain accurate and complete client information
• Take ownership of client communication and follow-through to support conversion and retention

Sales Floor Collaboration & Store Support

• Partner with leadership and team members to support overall sales floor success
• Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and shared accountability
• Maintain awareness of inventory, products, and order status to support client needs
• Assist with showroom presentation and ensure the environment reflects brand standards
• Support daily/quarterly operations, including inventory, opening and closing responsibilities as needed

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members in a respectful and constructive manner
