HybridWhat you will do
Technical support and technical project management for Skin Health & Beauty end-to-end product development and life cycle management of our products. Collaborate across R&D and cross-functionally, internal and external stakeholders (e.g. third party manufacturers) to ensure all technical deliverables are completed and all technical documentation are in place to meet the timely readiness of the project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare timelines and perform the tasks on time against the plan
- Prepare prototypes and conduct where necessary, any team assessment and evaluation, or for external field research
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across the key tasks and ensuring timely delivery and completion
- Proactive and timely communication with the technical project leader and/or project manager on the progress of the project and raise any risks and mitigation plan
- Accurately record technical findings and utilize the data management systems to store all requisite technical documentation
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in product development, preferably in FMCG
- Working fluency in English and Japanese
