Description
Corteva Agriscience has exciting opportunities within Logistic Services for Logistics Packagers at our Midland, MI location. The Logistics Service’s mission is to provide superior value through unyielding focus on safety, customer service and efficient utilization of resources to all businesses within Michigan Operations.
We are seeking highly motivated, dependable self-starters who are interested in working for a safe, well-established global company. The position will provide support for Corteva’s manufacturing operations through the packaging and distribution of Corteva’s products. Candidates will rotate through a variety of packaging and warehousing responsibilities.

What You Will Do:
- Package products for our global customers.
- Focal point for material movement.
- Interact with packaging equipment.
- Prepare raw materials for operations.
- Manually break-down pallets of material and products.
- Arrange, stack, and repackage all types of materials and products.
- Affix labels, stickers or booklets on packaged materials.
- Safely operate forklift or other heavy equipment.
Education:
· High School/GED or equivalent
What Skills You Will Need:
- Valid U.S. driver's license required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and other required screenings.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer skills and ability to obtain required certifications.
- Medically qualified for respirator use and fit testing.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including the daily use of required PPE.
- Desire to learn, grow, and develop your career.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
· Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
· Safely operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and other site equipment.
· Ability to recognize and respond to alarms and safety hazards.
· Wear required PPE, including respirators, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear.
· Work in confined spaces, at heights, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions.
· Stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs and ladders throughout the workday.
· Use safety equipment rated for individuals up to 300 pounds.
