PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Administrative Assistant IV shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
This position will assist and represent the Director of Eagle Lake Operations in planning and executing leadership functions, executing projects, and providing professional administrative support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Administrative Support– 95%
● Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
● Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
● Keep the Executive team apprised of situations that might require his/her attention.
● Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
● Assist other departments such as programming, marketing, store, administration, hiring with specific projects
● Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Additional Responsibilities – 5%
- Participate in Navigators’ on-site learning and development events, Cultural Development and Diversity training, or other non-Navigator developmental events as appropriate.
- Participate in annual processes, such as the organizational Plan and Progress Review (PPR), Engagement Survey, Reaffirmation of the Navigators Code of Conduct, Calling-Core Values-Vision, Statement of Faith, Driver’s Authorization, and other releases as required.
- Submit time worked on a weekly basis through the Workday Time Tracking system.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Spiritual: Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators. Commitment to Eagle Lake Purpose, Core Values, and Brand Promise. Willingness to abide by Eagle Lake Relational Covenant.
Experience: At least five years of experience in administrative support, preferably at the executive level.
Technical Knowledge & Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency. Willingness to learn other software. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-structured workflow.
Resourcefulness in addressing challenges and finding efficient solutions.
Capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing schedules and priorities effectively.
Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, from scheduling to document preparation.
Communication & Leadership: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Location: Remote
Hours: Temporary role, 40 hours a week for the duration of the temporary role
Compensation Range: $19.85 - $31.05 per hour
