Facility Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Facility Engineer to keep workshop equipment, facilities, and buildings safe, reliable, and efficient. You will lead equipment and facility management, preventive maintenance, TPM/5S, spare parts, safety, environmental protection, firefighting, power/gas/water systems, and maintenance KPI improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead equipment and facilities list making, gather the equipment specification and drawing, draw up the spare part list, record the medical record.

2. Formulate the equipment checklist and instruction, follow up and solve equipment problems; Lead the key equipment inspection, plan the overhaul plan and corrective plan. Keep workshop equipment having a good status.

3. Formulate the equipment lubrication plan and record, arrange to examine the oil sample, ensure the daily lubrication cycle plan on time.

4. Formulate the equipment spare part replacement plan by periodic, and set up the purchase plan and safe stock, the spare part arrival inspection.

5. Analysis the equipment failure mode and the machinery safety, lead the maintenance work and corrective maintenance.

6. Responsible for the maintenance works for all company facilities and building, do the sub-contractor management and liaison work well to ensure the company facilities and building in good status.

7. Responsible for the related special equipment and concerning safety issues management work.

8. Responsible for environmental protection, firefighting, power supply, gas supply and water supply’s management and local authority department liaison work.

9.Responsible for building up maintenance of KPI and management system. Collect/follow-up/analysis maintenance information such as machines shut down hours/ rate and maintenance cost to make improvement or investment proposals.

10.Responsible for making/implementing repairing and preventive maintenance plan. Implement TPM and 5S in workshop.

11.To participate in the analysis of products quality problems which are caused by machines failure, take corrective and preventive actions accordingly.

12.Audit internal process to follow equipment and facility standard and technical requirement

13.Good at electrical, instrument, control and automation, and machinery professional. Familiar with the machine equipment structure and theory.

14.Formulate the equipment spare part replacement plan by periodic, and set up the purchase plan and safe stock, the spare part arrival inspection in BHI.

15.Responsible for maintenance in Novi system, enterprise WeChat application and maintenance.

16.Complete other jobs assigned by the superior.

17.Attend the trainings organized by the company actively, keep on improving the working skill and knowledge.

18. Follow the company’s instruction and rules.

Expectations for you:

1. College degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, more than three years relevant work experience in mechanical manufacturing   industry.

2. More than 3 years’ experience in facility management and machining background.

3. Have teamwork spirit, learning skills, work seriously, emotional control.

4.Have good English reading and writing ability，and oral communication skills.

5.Can read the electrical drawings, familiar with PLC programming and electrical drive system, etc.

6.Responsible for the equipment and facility TPM management, workshop 5S system management, etc.

7. Knowledge and understanding of ISO9001.

8.Excellent proficiency with ERP, LN，BI, MS software and database management systems.
