New Business Development / Sales Manager – Commercial Printing
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom
Salary: £50,000–£65,000 per year

What You’ll Do
- Identify, research, and convert new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Promote commercial printing and print-finishing services to B2B customers.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure profitable business.
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Work closely with production and customer service teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to business development plans.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in new business development or B2B sales.
- A track record of generating leads and converting opportunities into sustainable revenue.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, account relationships, and sales forecasts.
- Experience in commercial printing, print finishing, or a related production environment is highly beneficial.
- Experience selling to blue-chip or large corporate clients is an advantage.
- Confidence using CRM systems and standard office software.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Ability to work on-site in Nottinghamshire.
