About the Opportunity

A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in Renton, Washington, is seeking a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its growing primary care network.

This opportunity offers a collaborative, patient-centered clinical environment where the FNP will work closely with a dedicated Family Medicine team to provide high-quality care across multiple outpatient clinic locations.

This Flex Care role offers variety in daily responsibilities, supporting same-day patient access, telehealth services, provider coverage, and preventive care initiatives. The organization also participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services across multiple clinic locations as part of the Flex Care team.

• Support same-day patient access through in-person and telehealth appointments.

• Convert patient portal messages into appropriate telehealth or in-clinic visits.

• Provide clinical coverage when primary care providers are out of the office.

• Conduct team visits for new patients before they establish ongoing care.

• Perform Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits.

• Assist with clinical inbox management and patient follow-up.

• Serve as the Provider of the Day for urgent patient concerns and walk-in visits.

• Collaborate with Family Medicine physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $130,000–$150,000.
