Regional Demand Planning Manager Personal Care

We are looking for a Regional Demand Planning Manager for MX&CA to play a key strategic role at the regional level, with increased decision-making responsibility and full accountability for driving business performance.

In this position, you will act as a true business partner, integrating demand planning with Commercial and Finance functions to ensure aligned, value-driven decisions. You will also strengthen governance, expand the planning scope, and enhance visibility on performance across the region.

About the Role:

As Regional Demand Planning Manager, you are accountable for the quality of regional and country-cluster demand plans, ensuring they are robust, owned, and signed off by Business Directors. You will lead and develop the regional Demand Planning team while driving a disciplined S&OP / IBP process that enables fact-based decision-making.

Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Innovation, and Supply Chain, you will integrate market intelligence, identify risks and opportunities, and continuously improve processes and outcomes. Your work will ensure the delivery of a realistic, unconstrained demand plan aligned with financial and strategic objectives.

The primary location for this role is Santa Fe, Mexico.

The amount of travelling is about 30% of the time.

What You Will Do:

  • Demand plan ownership: Ensure high-quality country-cluster demand plans are robust, aligned with strategy, and signed off by Business Directors.
  • Team leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the regional Demand Planning team, building strong capabilities and performance.
  • Assumption challenge: Sense-check and challenge assumptions using consolidated views and external market insights.
  • Performance management: Own regional demand KPIs such as Sales Plan Performance, BIAS, and Demand Plan Accuracy, driving process adherence and root-cause analysis.
  • S&OP / IBP leadership: Ensure demand planning drives true business ownership and enables decision-making through scenario planning.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Commercial, Marketing, Innovation, Controlling, and Supply Chain to support integrated reconciliation and regional decision-making.
  • Continuous improvement: Strengthen processes, governance, analytics usage, and system capabilities to improve accuracy, insight, and outcomes.
  • Change management: Drive change in complex environments, managing and building relationships across end-to-end supply chain processes.

Who You Are

  • A university degree, preferably a Master of Science, MBA, or equivalent experience in the relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related managerial roles within competitive, international, and changing environments.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Solid analytical, conceptual, and systems skills, including strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, value creation, and industry best practices.
  • A confident leader with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, influence stakeholders, build trust-based relationships, and communicate clearly.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including direction setting, prioritization, stakeholder management, people development, and effective communication, with the ability to successfully drive change.
