For 80 years, we have been one of upstate New York’s largest providers of programs and services for individuals who have disabilities. Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere.

We are looking for Day Program Assistant Supervisors to become part of our Adult Services Program.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operational and programmatic needs of the day program/service including the direct support staff and the people supported, as directed by the Program Supervisor
• Direct support for the people served while assisting the Program Supervisor in the supervision of the direct support staff assigned to the program ensuring that performance evaluations, adequate staffing, training and quality services are delivered to the people supported
• Supports the agency mission and goals by assisting the Program Supervisor with oversight of regulatory compliance, satisfaction of services delivered and adherence to the operating budget.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of job related experience, specifically working with people with developmental disabilities or related field.  A minimum of an Associates degree or two completed years of college may be considered in lieu of 1 year experience.

Compensation Range:

$21.56 - $22.86
