Description
Position Overview:
- Transform marketing materials and business inputs into standardized product catalog structures
- Support the creation, maintenance, and governance of SKU files to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist in gathering and documenting SKU requirements from business cases and product initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align catalog structure with pricing, packaging, and revenue strategy
- Enable seamless integration of the product code catalog into backend systems (e.g., ERP, billing, CRM)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all platforms
- Support system updates and enhancements related to product catalog and SKU structures
- Assist with the integration of acquired companies into existing product catalog and SKU frameworks
- Standardize and map legacy product structures into the company’s catalog model
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and minimal revenue disruption
- Support Revenue Operations testing processes for new SKU and product launches
- Validate catalog setup and system readiness prior to go-live
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure successful deployment
- Support the Revenue Operations Manager in managing SKU workflows and request queues
- Help prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely processing
- Maintain documentation and process clarity for ongoing RevOps operations
Required Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Accounting Operations, or Product Operations
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience working with product catalogs, SKUs, or pricing structures preferred
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or billing systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) is a plus
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
