What would you do? • Maintains discoverable, accurate, and reusable digital assets by supporting ingestion, metadata tagging, taxonomy adherence, rights information, categorization, quality checks, and user requests within the DAM environment. • Role requires Digital Marketing Ads Promotion creation design • Consists of management tasks and decisions surrounding the ingestion, annotation, cataloguing, storage, retrieval and distribution of digital assets
What are we looking for? • Relevant years in digital asset management, library science, content management, archives, media operations, or metadata-focused work. • Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Aprimo, Bynder, Brandfolder, Frontify, or equivalent DAM; Excel; SharePoint; ticketing or workflow systems. • Digital Asset Librarian, DAM Librarian, Digital Content Management Specialist, Metadata Specialist, Asset Coordinator• Works under defined governance, owns the accuracy of assigned asset records, supports users professionally, and escalates exceptions rather than bypassing controls. • Examples can include anonymized metadata schemas, taxonomy work, DAM process documentation, cataloging projects, or asset-quality reports. • DAM or cataloging experience; metadata tagging; taxonomy adherence; file and version discipline; detail orientation; service mindset. • Digital rights metadata; Adobe Experience Manager Assets; library or information-science education; CPG product taxonomy; bulk metadata tools.
Roles and Responsibilities: • "• Upload and ingest approved assets into the DAM using defined workflows • Apply accurate metadata, taxonomy, naming, product, campaign, market, and rights information • Check files for completeness, duplicates, version status, and basic brand or technical requirements • Support asset requests, searches, uploads, downloads, and reuse inquiries • Archive, expire, or supersede assets according to approved instructions • Identify tagging anomalies or platform issues and escalate them with evidence • Maintain clear records of asset status and completed actions" • Accurately ingested assets; metadata records; taxonomy assignments; asset-request responses; duplicate or anomaly logs; archive and expiration updates.Any Graduation
