Customer Service Representative with Finnish
Herbalife GBSC Krakow
About the Role
Join our team and help provide excellent customer service to our Members and Customers. You will handle inquiries through phone, email, chat, while also supporting administrative and back-office tasks.
You will mainly support Finnish-speaking customers in the Nordic markets and assist English-speaking customers as well. You may also take part in system improvements, testing activities, and special projects while representing the Herbalife brand and values.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver excellent customer service and create positive customer experiences.
- Process orders and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Make outbound calls when needed to provide information or follow up on requests.
- Support customers with general information, marketing plan, order placement, delivery-related matters.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Meet service quality and performance targets.
- Represent the Herbalife brand in a professional manner.
What We Are Looking For:
- Positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Very good Finnish and English skills (minimum B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
