Loan Support/Retail Banker

Description

This will be a dual role position that provides support to branch Loan Officers in accordance with the established loan workflow and will assist with collection of documents and answer customer loan inquiries as needed.  

This position will also provide regular Retail Banking support by accurately completing all types of teller transactions and opening basic accounts such as consumer checking, savings, and CDs.

Other duties may be assigned.  

Requirements

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Education:     High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Experience:     Two or more years of banking and/or customer service experience and working knowledge of business, office, or bank functions. 
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations 
• None 
• Computer Skills:  
• Proficiency in the use of basic office equipment, 10-key calculator, keyboarding, Microsoft Office, web-based software, banking software, and overall computer navigation.
