**eAces GmbH** is a recruitment consultancy based in Munich, specializing in Executive Search, Personnel Placement, Consulting, and Temporary Project Support. We are looking for a **Sales Recruitment Manager** **(m/f/d)** who thrives in sales, business development, relationship management.
## Aufgaben
As a Sales Manager in Recruiting & Staffing, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals and managing the end-to-end 360° recruitment process.
- Acquiring new clients and driving business development.
- Creating and executing a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and global reach.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with both clients and candidates.
- Advising clients and assisting them in filling open positions with qualified professionals.
- Identifying and directly approaching qualified candidates through various channels and networking.Overseeing the full recruitment process and conducting contract negotiations with clients and candidates.
## Qualifikation
- Proven sales talent with high motivation, ambition and initiative.
- Experience as a business developer is an advantage.
- Experience in recruitment.
- IT vocational training or a university degree
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
