Description
Work Setup: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM) | Full Onsite (Possibility of a hybrid setup)

Location: Makati
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate application functionality, system enhancements, and process changes.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure systems meet business and operational requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects while collaborating with developers, IT teams, and business users to support timely resolution.
- Review system requirements and business processes to ensure appropriate test coverage and identify potential quality risks.
- Maintain testing documentation, prepare test reports, and provide recommendations to improve QA processes and application quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in quality assurance, software testing, application support, or a related IT role.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test documentation, defect tracking, and testing tools; experience with automation testing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications, databases, and business systems; experience supporting accounting, audit, or professional services applications is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
