You will be responsible to:

• Lead and manage complex, high-impact projects, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, timeline, quality, and stakeholder expectations;
• Plan, prioritize, monitor, and control project activities, making timely decisions to achieve agreed objectives and maximize business value;
• Drive cross-functional project teams in a collaborative environment, fostering alignment, accountability, and a unified approach;
• Proactively manage project scope, risks, costs, resources, and uncertainties, anticipating and resolving roadblocks independently;
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decisions and communicating effectively at all levels;
• Develop high-performing teams by defining roles, providing coaching and feedback, and supporting the growth of less experienced Project Managers;
• Champion continuous improvement by proposing and implementing innovative processes, tools, and best practices that enhance project outcomes;
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. MBA or equivalent business qualification combined with customer-facing experience is advantageous;
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools;
• Significant industry experience (typically 10+ years), preferably within the pharmaceutical sector and/or CDMO environment, with a strong technical or scientific background;
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and cross-functional teams, consistently achieving or exceeding business objectives;
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities, with the ability to work autonomously and manage uncertainty effectively;
• Commercially minded, with the ability to understand business impacts, prioritize activities, and align project outcomes with organizational goals;
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels;
• Fluent in English and capable of managing complex processes while ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
