Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Global HR Technology Operations Manager to lead the administration, governance, and operational performance of our global HR technology ecosystem.
You will be accountable for the stability and effectiveness of platforms supporting core HR, compensation, performance, learning, succession, recruiting, and HR case management. You will lead a team of HR systems administrators and analysts while working closely with HR product teams, the HR PMO, IT, analytics, change management, and external technology partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead global business-as-usual operations and cycle support across SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms.
- Ensure technical readiness and production stability during critical compensation, performance, payroll-related, and talent cycles.
- Own governance for system administration, Role-Based Permissions, security access, and segregation of duties.
- Lead the technical delivery of multiple HR technology initiatives, including global and enterprise-wide programmes.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of HR systems administrators and technical analysts.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in HR technology, HRIS operations, or enterprise HR applications.
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors administration experience, ideally covering Employee Central, Compensation, Performance, Learning, Succession, or Recruiting.
- Advanced knowledge of Role-Based Permissions, security design, and segregation of duties.
- Experience supporting critical global HR cycles in a production environment.
- Demonstrated success leading HR systems administrators or technical analysts.
- Fluency in English is required.
