Achieve area service sales targets, with a focus on Energy industry and inorganic chemical sector spare parts and service sales

Responsible for managing and developing Sales channels (including end user), especially those related to Energy and inorganic chemical industries

Job Description

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and service solutions
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and business opportunities to develop effective sales plans aligned with divisional strategy
  • Identify, develop and manage leads from market activity and customer interactions to ensure a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct regular customer visits, meetings and technical-commercial interactions to understand customer needs and promote value-based solutions
  • Manage customer grids, sales planning and operational activities proactively through internal tools
  • Develop tailored value propositions and quotations that reflect customer requirements while highlighting Alfa Laval’s unique selling points
  • Maintain CRM and sales tools consistently and accurately to support forecasting, pipeline management and decision-making
  • Collaborate with service teams and internal stakeholders to ensure strong commercial execution and customer satisfaction
  • Support long-term customer relationships while driving sustainable sales growth

Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or chemical related majors
  • Over 3 years’ service sales experience, with proven experience in Energy industry and inorganic chemical spare parts/service sales; inorganic chemical sales background is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing distributors and high integrity
  • Good business acumen, willing to learn
  • Teamwork spirit and good cross function communication skills
  • Can accept travel rate up to 60%
