YOUR MISSION
- Deliver sales, margin, profitability, and growth targets across assigned strategic accounts.
- Manage the end to end commercial cycle, including sell-in, re-orders, in-season trading, forecasting, and order book management.
- Analyse sell through, inventory, consumer trends, and market performance to identify commercial opportunities and optimise assortments.
- Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) execution through assortment planning, line reviews, sell in presentations, and distribution planning.
- Develop account specific commercial plans aligned to brand strategy, distribution principles, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales Operations to ensure strong execution and operational excellence.
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, distribution, forecasting, and internal governance standards while representing customer needs across the business
YOUR TALENT
- 3–5+ years experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles within sporting goods, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG.
- Proven success managing major retail or digital accounts with responsibility for sell in, sell through, forecasting, and in-season trading.
- Strong understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, assortment planning, and distribution strategies.
- Commercially driven with experience delivering revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and market data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience working across cross functional teams.
- Strong forecasting, demand planning, organisational, and order management capabilities, with a focus on accuracy and operational excellence.
