What You'll Do
- Manage a P&L (budget, capex, cost)
- Create bench strength at the operations level
- Take over/manage a plant facility and its team
- Identify problem areas and implement process improvements
What You'll Need
- Engineering experience is preferred
- Production leadership experience is strongly preferred
- Effective communication skills at all levels within an organization
