Key Responsibilities

• Close high-value sales with international clients.
• Engage with qualified leads and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Build trust and establish strong client relationships over the phone.

• Confidently overcome objections and negotiate successful outcomes.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.

Core Requirements

• Proven experience in Forex, Cryptocurrency, or financial markets sales is essential.
• Demonstrated success in high-ticket sales and closing deals.
• Exceptional objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly target-driven with a competitive mindset.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a high-performance, office-based sales environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
